This is a role which requires wisdom and discernment, a realistic view of church life, a high degree of integrity and confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills. Given the nature and cadence of safeguarding matters, the role will require flexibility in terms of working hours – some weeks may see less, others more time requirements.
No previous experience in Safeguarding is required. We will provide the successful candidate with the required training to be able to perform the role.
Contract: Permanent, part-time contract for 6 hours per week.
This is a paid position with an appropriate part-time salary.
Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom prior to taking up this role. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
